Admission Process Details

Session:2022-23

 The session begins in April and ends in March.
• Admission is taken in the LKG section in April. Registration is done in February.
• The required age for LKG 3yrs 6 month, for UKG 4 yrs 6 months and for class-1 5 yrs 6 months onwards.
• Application for admission is made to the Headmistress on a prescribed form. The Headmistress reserves the right, without specifying any reason whatsoever, to refuse admission to an applicant.
• In the Primary section admission is taken in case of any vacancy after a pre-admission test. Admission is purely on merit and will be based on the performance of entrance test and interview.
• Registration form is to be duly filled and submitted to the office on the allotted dates. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected.Correct information should be given to the office.
• At the time of admission for class LKG & UKG, the original birth certificate (from Gram Pradhan, Municipal Corporation, Registrar Hindalco Hospital or other Govt. Hospital) has to be produced . Report card of last examination and transfer certificates are required at the time of the admission from class-1 upwards.
• Photocopy of the parent’s identity card and two passport size photographs of the child have to be submitted. • After the notification of the child’s selection, the Fees amount is to be deposited by the due date failing to which the admission will stand cancelled.

FEE STRUCTURE

. Fees can be paid for 6 or 12 months together.

• Fees may be increased according to the discretion of the Board of Directors of the school.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded.
