Goal 1: School operations: Standards for Excellence:

  1. Enhance outcome based on implementation of School Development Plan 2024-25 as targeted.

  2. Implementation of SOP’s, rolled out in the year 2024-25

  • Effective Implementation of SDP-24-25 and to complete the pending targets of the session 23-24

  • To raise the SDP score from 182 to 230.

  • Meeting Requirements of Standards for Excellence in School Education developed by CBSE for sustainable growth of the school.

  1. Implement school safety manual recommendations, conduct regular review audits.

  • To strictly adhere to and follow the school safety manual recommendations.

  • To promote the physical well-being of the pupils, ensure a high standard of cleanliness and health habits,

  1. Monitor & review school expenses as per Subsidy Glide path.

  2. Implementation of two Skill Subjects:

  • To introduce two-three skill subjects in class III- VIII, IX &XI.

Goal 2: Curriculum, Pedagogy & Assessment

  • Effective implementation of experiential curriculum based on NCF in foundational classes.

  • To raise the academic performance graph of all students. Improvement in Board Results.

Goal 3: People’s development goals: Competency building

  • Improve efficacy of Performance appraisal through Implementation of specific development plan designed.
  • Prepare Teacher’s Development Plan and implement the same.

Goal 4: Technological and Scientific Interventions

  1. Implement ERP solutions in schools.

  2. Optimal usage of digital content and upgrade.

  • Empowering second line administration

  • Enhance exposure through student participation in outbound competitions / activities.
