HISTORY OF SCHOOL
The Aditya Birla Public School, Baikunth a premier English Medium school set up under the aegis of Ultratech Baikunth Cement Works is affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi up to Senior Secondary classes for Science and commerce streams. It is a co-educational school catering to the needs of the children of Company employees. The school has also opened gates to those residing in and around Raipur district to serve the educational needs of the people in such a far-flung area of the state.
The Aditya Birla Public School, Baikunth, was established as Century Cement Higher Secondary School in the year 1974, both English and Hindi medium section was there in the school. Later in 2010 english medium section were merged into CBSE and it became Century Cement Senior Secondary School and Hindi medium section is still running as Century Cement Higher Secondary School again during session 2022-23 the school taken over by The Aditya Birla group of Schools and now it is known as The Aditya Birla Public School Baikunth. The school is located at Baikunth, (Tilda-Nevra district- Raipur C.G) is situated about 2 km away from Baikunth railway sataitoin and 40 km away from Raipur Railway station on Raipur Howrah route. The nearest station is Tilda-Neora about 12 kms from Ultratech Baikunth Cement works. It is connected through bus route far from noise and other pollutions of the city. The campus is spread over an area of about 5.524 hectares and has a picturesque landscape dotted with a large variety of trees. Our endeavor is to provide holistic education. We believe that students must be imparted innovative education for the overall growth. The school encourages this by integrating co-curricular activities to curricular, the school also aims at providing global dimension to the curriculum.

ABOUT SCHOOL
The Aditya Birla Public School was established in the year 2022 Since then it has grown by leaps and bounds. ABPS Baikunth has made a humble beginning as State Board School, Madhya Pradesh in 1974 The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi from 2010 and later was christened to The Aditya Birla Public School in 2022. At ABPS, we believe in harnessing the inborn potential of every child and empowering him with knowledge. And if there is joy in learning and happiness in gaining knowledge, it will remain with the soul forever.
In the last 50 years, ABPS has shown exponential growth in all respects. With the endeavour to provide a dynamic learning environment to children and to inculcate a spirit of enquiry and creativity, cooperation and mutual respect among them and to teach its students to celebrate tradition and progress, celebrate peace and harmony simultaneously. It ensures that students are always in touch with their roots. It nurtures students mentally, morally, physically and culturally to become worthy citizens of free India, to zealously guard and retain its noble traditions and make progress in a modern, scientific way.
